COVID-19 Update

UPDATED: Tuesday 31 March 2020

We are following up-to-date advice from Public Health England regarding our clinic operation.

We are currently only able to treat face-to-face patients who we deem to be urgent or emergency cases or those with chronic conditions that may deteriorate without treatment.

Please call us on 020 3581 0540 so that we can advise appropriately.

Even if you are unable to attend the clinic for an appointment, our osteopaths are on hand to give you advice via the telephone or a video call.

We understand that this is an especially difficult time for anyone in pain and so we will endeavour to offer as much help as possible remotely.

Please do not hesitate to call or email any of the osteopaths below:

Lizzy Lomax 07905 609 852 lizzy_lomax@hotmail.com
Elaine Gregory 07968 333 127 e.gregory.osteo@gmail.com
Alison Owen 07973 835 394 alison@acowen.co.uk
Janine Norris 07752 110 737 janinenorrisosteopath@gmail.com

We are unable to see you if:

  • You or anyone you live with have cold or flu-like symptoms
  • You have received a letter to inform you that you are in a high-risk category.
  • You live with someone who is in a high-risk category

Due to increased hygiene measures at the clinic, we will be operating staggered appointments to allow cleaning of equipment and fixtures in between patients.

There will be only one osteopath working at any one time and we no longer have anyone on reception.

We therefore would kindly ask you to arrive at the time of your appointment so as to avoid anyone having to be in the waiting room.

If you are attending an appointment, we would respectfully ask that you do as follows:

  • Please wash you hands as soon as you enter the practice and refrain from touching your face and mobile phone.
  • Please bring your own water bottle.

Thank you to all our wonderful patients for your continued support and cooperation.

The Team at Rise

Welcome to Rise Osteopathy

We are a friendly team of experienced osteopaths, who have been caring for the  local community in South East London for over 15 years.  Based in Forest Hill and East Dulwich, our osteopaths treat people from all walks of life, including manual workers, stressed executives, teachers, sports people, musicians, and expectant  mothers.   All members of the family are welcome at our practices, from babies a few weeks old to men and women in their eighties and nineties.

How Our Osteopaths Can Help You

Our team of osteopaths have experience in treating a broad range of complaints, from back problems to everyday aches and pains, as well as specialist training in paediatric osteopathy and in the care of women, during and after pregnancy.

Our aim is to aid recovery back to optimum health, using a variety of gentle non-invasive manual techniques to release tension and strain, and restore harmony and balance to the body.

Whether for back pain, a sporting injury, stress-induced headaches, postural strains and much more, our treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs, and those of your family.

We also provide advice on posture and exercises to further recovery, promote health and help prevent symptoms recurring.  When necessary, referrals may be made to your doctor, for specialist medical investigations or consultant referral.
