We look forward to welcoming you to Rise
Elaine, Lizzy, Poppy, Sam, Jack and Louisa.

We are a friendly team of experienced osteopaths, who have been caring for the  local community in South East London for over 20 years.  Based in Forest Hill our osteopaths treat people from all walks of life, including manual workers, stressed executives, teachers, sports people, musicians, and expectant  mothers.   All members of the family are welcome at our practices, from babies a few weeks old to men and women in their eighties and nineties.

How Our Osteopaths Can Help You

Our team of osteopaths have experience in treating a broad range of complaints, from back problems to everyday aches and pains, as well as specialist training in paediatric osteopathy and in the care of women, during and after pregnancy.

Our aim is to aid recovery back to optimum health, using a variety of gentle non-invasive manual techniques to release tension and strain, and restore harmony and balance to the body.

Whether for back pain, a sporting injury, stress-induced headaches, postural strains and much more, our treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs, and those of your family.

We also provide advice on posture and exercises to further recovery, promote health and help prevent symptoms recurring.  When necessary, referrals may be made to your doctor, for specialist medical investigations or consultant referral.

Our Services

Osteopathy can help relieve structural and mechanical problems in the body, and assist the recovery of health and wellbeing.

Cranial Osteopathy

This is based on the subtle mechanics at work within the head, and their influence on the health of the whole body.

Sports Injuries

Using their knowledge of diagnosis, and a highly developed sense of touch, Osteopaths can help improve performance, and treat injuries suffered.
