Debit card payments are accepted and should be paid at the time of your appointment.

Private Health Insurance Non Bupa

If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim for the cost of your osteopathic treatment.  Please check your individual policy for the level of available cover, and whether you need your GP or a specialist to refer you for osteopathic treatment.

If you are covered please ask the receptionist for a receipt when you pay for your treatment. You can then send this to your insurance company and they will recompense you.

Bupa

Bupa patients please inform reception when booking that you are with Bupa so we can give you the correct appointment type and let us know your authorisation and excess details.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, please try to give at least 24 hours notice, so we can offer your appointment to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged.
